Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Warley Creek! We appreciate your support and want you to love your purchase. Please read our return policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Store Credit

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, odor-free, and with original tags attached.
  • Approved returns will receive store credit only. We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories, hats, jewelry, and hair items
  • Seasonal or holiday merchandise
  • Customized/Personalized or embroidered items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If available, we will gladly help you exchange sizing. Otherwise, store credit will be issued.
