  • All orders ship with in 15 days. This excludes pre order items. Please pay attention to pre order closing dates and turn around time/estimated arrival times. Please keep in mine that turn around time/estimated arrivals are just estimates on when you will receive you item. Please be sure to check our facebook page for updated information. We do not offer rush orders at this time. 
  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.

Returns & Store Credit

  • Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, odor-free, and with original tags attached.
  • Approved returns will receive store credit only. We do not offer refunds to original payment methods or exchanges due to limited quantity. 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories, hats, jewelry, and hair items
  • Seasonal or holiday merchandise
  • Customized/Personalized or embroidered items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

Due to limited inventory, we cannot offer exchanges.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at warleycreek@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Garment Wash Instructions 

  • Machine wash inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle
  • Wash with like colors
  • Use a mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry for the longest-lasting print.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron directly over the DTF design. If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out or place a pressing cloth over the design.
  • Minimal shrinkage may occur after the first wash — washing on cold and air drying helps keep sizing.

Embroidery Care Note 

  • Occasionally, you may notice a small loose thread around your embroidery. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or durability of the design. Please do not pull the thread. Instead, carefully trim it or use a lighter to briefly singe the loose end to seal the stitch. Use caution and keep the flame moving to avoid damaging the fabric.
